Shop till you drop

St Davids 2
By Rowena Wilcox. Scantily-clad models, smoke machines and Hot-Chip blasting through the speakers; no I’m not talking about a fashion show but, the opening of Cardiff’s St Davids 2. After three years, a skyline littered with cranes, dust and the odd builder decked out in his fluorescent gear has ceased for residents in the capital and a much more eye-pleasing shopping centre takes its place.
