Climate change warning

A leading Welsh politician has warned: “We are fast approaching the tipping point when the effects of climate change will be irreversible and the UK Government needs to act sooner rather than later.” That’s the view of Welsh Liberal Democrat Assembly Member, Jenny Randerson, speaking at a climate change meeting held on a weekend when events took place across the world urging political leaders to act now to prevent the effects of global warming worsening. There be dragons

By Chris Latham. The tiny provincial village of Woolfardisworthy West is the very epitome of Englishness. Resting peacefully in the rolling North Devon countryside, it is renowned for its beautiful coastlines and country walks. In this little haven of tranquillity a visit to the local Gnome Reserve is about as exciting as it gets. For one weekend each summer however, something rather unusual takes place.
